I must commend Mr. Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man for the job. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Mr. Mitch when he was a service writer and now that he’s the service manager I feel more comfortable than ever having Legacy service my vehicles. With him as manager I’m absolutely confident my service will be done right and ready as promised.
