Professional and accommodating Mitch let me know that they were needing used minivans for their inventory and that I could possibly lower my payment with a new model so that piqued Mitch let me know that they were needing used minivans for their inventory and that I could possibly lower my payment with a new model so that piqued my interest. The dealership found the vehicle in the exact color I wanted, I upgraded to a better trim, AND I have a lower payment!
