We found exactly what we were looking for, for the price we were looking for. Mitch took his time with us, was fun to work with, and even answered all my ridiculous questions. We weren't even really planning on buying a car that day, but Mitch made it easy. We have only owned the car for a couple of weeks..but Mitch has stayed in contact with us and has shown genuine interest in making sure we are happy with the car. We didn't feel any "salesman pressure", and we feel that we have been well taken care of throughout this whole process. If the car holds up as well as we hope it does, we will definitely shop with the Rockford Kia Dealership again. More
