My only problem was in trying to cancel the service contract. The first time I waited 45 minutes and then decided to come back. The second time, it was almost 30 minutes, and after I was told he would be back waited again while it was handed off to someone else. To my surprise I received another notice today in the mail, asking me to contact finance again to cancel. That is my only complaint in an otherwise extremely well run and caring favility More

To say I HATE bu I have walked away from every car buying experience I've ever been a part of feeling as though my wallet had been taken advantage of. To say I HATE buying a car would be an understatement. But I have to admit, I don't feel that way about our experience with the folks at Waite Park Auto and Sport/ St. Cloud Toyota. D' Arcy was friendly without being pushy (even let my teenage son have the first test drive) and let us experience the car for ourselves. Taylor with internet was professional with her initial contacts with us, though I have to admit it feels a bit like bait n' switch to start with one person and be handed off to another. If there was any way to handle it better, I would prefer to keep working with the person I start with. Cars are expensive. Sadly, there's no getting around that. Having said that, we got a good deal on our purchase and LOVE our car. Mitch in Finance got us taken care of - though I really wish there was a way to avoid the long sales pitches for ALL the extra crap. I know you have to sell stuff to make money but REALLY?!? Figure out a way to get us in and out without all of the hoopla and add-ons. The off site used lot is kind of a pain, but I really like the laid back feel. If you could figure out how to capture the atmosphere of Waite Park with the convenience of being on sit, you'd have a best of both worlds. More
