Worst experience I ever had in 50 years of vehicle buying. I opted to buy a new truck specific to my needs and found it,out of state, at Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs,Colorado. I was informed the I opted to buy a new truck specific to my needs and found it,out of state, at Daniels Long Chevrolet in Colorado Springs,Colorado. I was informed the truck I wanted was on another lot of theirs and would have it the following day, We negotiated a price and was informed I could pick up the truck the next day at their lot. Since that time I was lied to, duped, given misinformation, given sales representatives who played good guy bad guy and virtually blackmailed to give a retainer of $1,000.00. I was told the truck would be sold easily while on the lot that weekend. I was given two pick up days initially, that they cancelled, costing me an additional $200.00 out of pocket for a driver to go pick it up. The lot they finally admitted was in Michigan or Wisconsin and the truck was being transported on one of two trucks they could not contact. Today, I was contacted, after more then two weeks from initial contact and informed the truck would be in 2-3days. No thank you....they are stereotypical car salesmen ie liars. Deal cancelled will stay instate. Feel free to contact me if you like More

The MOST enjoyable car purchase I've experienced EVER! From the very moment we stepped out of our car, we were dreading, what we were assuming, would be a long drawn out ordeal, but that never happened... This was important to me as it was bitter cold outside the day we were shopping for a vehicle and there was a lot of ice /snow on the ground so we appreciated his knowing exactly where each vehicle was to minimize our time in the cold. He was patient with our many questions and our slow decision making process , and he offered us refreshments throughout our stay. He followed up quckly, within a few minutes, on finding a few answers to questions he did not have off the top of his head. He offered absolutely no pressure during our visit. He was personable and had pleasant way about him that put us at ease during what is commnly a stressful process. He synched our phones to our vehicle for us before leaving the lot and taught us about our new vehicle dash/ on star/ and additional options available.. Mitch was also great at offering us a very fair trade in amount on our current vehicle and both Joel and Mitch made us aware of the incentives being offered by the manufacturer so that we we were able to find an awesome deal within our budget. Wanting to be one of the first in Colorado to purchase a 2014 Corvette Stingray, we added our name to the list at Daniels Long and put down a small deposit. We were informed of the anticipated timeframe, b 2014 Corvette Stingray, we added our name to the list at Daniels Long and put down a small deposit. We were informed of the anticipated timeframe, but received our Stingray much earlier than we anticipated! We understand the Stingray is a hot commodity and only a few dealers were able to deliver so early, if at all. Mark, Mitch and Mike were great to work with throughout the process. Mitch made sure our order specification and options were exactly what we wanted. Upon deliver, Mike took the time to explain all of the gadgets and toys included in this computer on wheels. He almost knew as much about the volt as I did . I hope the way Mitch treats his customers can be taught or cloned because that would get everyone to come to daniels You feel like he cares about your family needs and makes sure all your questions and options from the vehicle itself to finance and service were explained to your satisfaction Speaking of explaining questions to my satisfaction, thanks for looking into getting a charge station at daniels !! The purchase even with my two girls running after puppy Cruz was very efficient with no surprises before or in the finance Process Jim was excellent at getting all the paperwork ready for us to sign and to relief of my wife quickly completed so I could get my volt keys and as she said "finally stop talking about it" If this dealership continues to take care of their customer, they will hopefully be Around to see my daughters get their first cars (hopefully electric or hydrogen ones :) ) i hope that Daniels can Make my service experience just as good when the time comes for service More
