Jeff Pressley helped us, it was the easiest, smoothest transaction. Jeff even came in on a Sunday, so that I could test drive the vehicle. We have purchased several cars at other dealerships, we happened to have purchased 3 new cars from one dealership, and didn't have the rapport that we had in buying just one vehicle at Ronsonet GMC, Last week, I had a tire that needed to be replaced, my local tire store wanted $340, the dealership was $160. It was nearly 5'oclock and contacted Jeff and the service dept, they went out of their way to help me, and had the tire the next day! When we went to have it mounted, we were greeted with friendly faces and treats for my little girls. It is nice knowing that even after a purchase a year ago, our salesman, was willing to go out of his way to help me. More

I am a widow so it is important to have trust worthy people to call on when needed. It's like having an extended family and so is the atmosphere there. Mitch never seems to mind how many times I stop by, just for quick check of tires & fluids. Had work done on my Mom's 2003 Chevy and the prices were considerably lower than other dealers and shops in town. Checked because Mom wanted "quotes". :) Have lost count of how many cars we purchased there, including good used cars for both my daughters "first car"s. God bless them all! I will deal with Ronsonet as long as I am buying cars. More

I like that I don't have to wait very long for the oil They make the service experience pleasant from the start. Someone is always there to greet you. I like that I don't have to wait very long for the oil change to be completed. My last service I actually scheduled online and received a confirmation right away. I intended to make it for a Thursday, and thought I had done so, but my mistake was that I made it for Wednesday. When I arrived on Thursday they never said one word about my being wrong but took my car right back and serviced it. I didn't even realize my error until I was about to leave. They were so curtious. I really like their prompt service and kindness. More
