I like that I don't have to wait very long for the oil change to be completed. My last service I actually scheduled online and received a confirmation right away. I intended to make it for a Thursday, and thought I had done so, but my mistake was that I made it for Wednesday. When I arrived on Thursday they never said one word about my being wrong but took my car right back and serviced it. I didn't even realize my error until I was about to leave. They were so curtious. I really like their prompt service and kindness. More
