Do not go here. Bought a van. Was told it had pulsar lights and theft protection. But then they charged me. I was charged 399 for activation for the pulsar. At leas Bought a van. But when I got the loaner the charge for activation was 299. Guess they tried to get another 100 from me. Called the service manager about it and he hung up on me twice. Said I swore at him which I did not. Then when I went to pick up the car I tried the locks on the sliding door Didn't lock. Then saw seat was torn They told me they would fix it but not until Thursday. Took it home and learned one seat didn't fold down and it was leaking a yellow substance. They did come and pick it up and give me a loaner. When I drove the car I bought off the lot it was on empty for gas. When I got the loaner car it had minimal gas I still don't have the car I bought. I was offered to get it back sooner if it was only half fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

I had the opportunity to visit the dealership and met with Mitch Stein to shop a new Outlander Sport . Mitch was very friendly, took me on a test drive, and even offered me a free tank of gas for visitin with Mitch Stein to shop a new Outlander Sport . I thought he was the guy I would be working with and would find a way to give me a deal and financing that works best for me. That trust was shattered. He doesn’t have any negotiating power and has to basically walk between where your seated in the round tables in the middle of the tiny dealership to a man named Kolin…I guess the puppeteer. Kolin is a used car dealer sales man as it gets. I felt bad for Mitch because he wanted to help but Kolin just wanted to milk me for all I had. I finally said “Mitch bring him over.” Kolin doesn’t put customers first, he is arrogant and trying to talk numbers with him is like a root canal without anesthesia. Just went I had enough but was too emotional about the car I wanted…I thought we were almost done. He spent 15 minutes scaring me about how someone would rear end me if i didn’t take their silly Pulse flashing light system for the rear end brake. $200 for a $5 part and 10 minutes of install. More

When I arrived to Don Robinson Mitsu, I was surprised by no other customers being there compared to other dealers on a busy day of the week. I should have taken it as a sign to run! When it came to talk price, WOW did they try to rip me off. They wanted full MSRP, when every other dealer was providing discounts and gift cards for financing. I should have seen why no one goes here. They wanted to pull a fast one on me. No sir, sorry Mitch... I have half a brain. More
