Mitch did a great job of being available but stepping back throughout the process and wasn't afraid to give us the time we needed to make a big decision. Mitch has a great sales personality and knowledge of car along with remembering details. He connected our family with having helped us a few years back when we drove in for a simple seat belt question. Our Mitsubishi was new to us and he was very helpful then and he was again helpful in our car purchase. More
