Mitch is very nice and knowledgeable and the finance guy was very helpful. However, we were not shown the carfax indicating a “moderately serious” prior accident until *after* signing the sale contract “as was very helpful. However, we were not shown the carfax indicating a “moderately serious” prior accident until *after* signing the sale contract “as is” and getting financing approved and they didn’t tell us there was only one key until we were leaving. We are still owed the spare kit I will say the transaction was overall done very efficiently in terms of my time. More
