better than awesome Even though we dropped by at a super busy time on a Saturday afternoon two days before memorial day (and that just to look around!) our sales professi Even though we dropped by at a super busy time on a Saturday afternoon two days before memorial day (and that just to look around!) our sales professional, Mo Beidoun, went the extra mile to please us. Mo is an exceptional sales advisor and we were glad that it was he who served us! You don't see many sales persons who are authentically (!!!) passionate about their "product" (a BMW X1 325i, in this case!) and care about their customers -- and I mean really care and not just pretend to because it is expected... Mo made us feel very comfortable and special, and we actually ended up buying our new BMW at that day instead of waiting until August as planned! :) More

Overall a pleasant experience on both visits Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without being pushy. Car was courtesy washed and vacuumed. Overall good experience and much improved under new ownership. More

They found the car I wanted and took care of everything I had a great experience at bmw of ann arbor. Very friendly and competent staff found the car I wanted, got me the lowest interest rate and made sure I had a great experience at bmw of ann arbor.
