Customer service was very bad, they carried an attitude that they did not care though we were there to made final decision to purchase the vehicle. Lost an customer and many more like us!

"Waste of Time"
I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive and said I'm ready to buy it. The sales person said the banks are closed. I said that's fine I'll just pay for the car. He then said I don't have people here to process you. He made an appointment for us to return the next day and asked for a deposit. On my long drive home I decided not to return. Messaged the dealership. No response! Wish I could leave 0 stars for their terrible customer service.
Over price and not do what you ask him to do shop supply 49.00 went back to times for engine light on x5 still on they ask for 2600 after they cole t 480 last week
