Inexcusable treatment after they made a mistake on paperwork I had a fairly positive buying experience when I purchased a used Ford F-150 from Conyers Honda. My salesman was new, but eager to help. After a bit o I had a fairly positive buying experience when I purchased a used Ford F-150 from Conyers Honda. My salesman was new, but eager to help. After a bit of haggling over price, we came to an agreement and went to financing, where Freddie Watson drew up the paperwork and the sale was completed. I called the next day to ask about a spare key(for the second time), and was told I needed to come in to re-sign some incorrect paperwork. Turns out they had omitted some dealer costs and wanted me to sign a new contract for roughly $1,000 more than the agreed upon price. Mr. Watson took full responsibility and was overly apologetic. I told him that I understand mistakes happen, but was questioning why I should pay more for their mistake. This is when Mo Deen, a manager, steps in and accuses me of “playing games”, as if I came in to change the deal myself. He was rude, and continually spoke over me, not allowing me to finish any explanation from my side. I explained that this was the third vehicle I bought from them, and it would be my last. Mr. Deen made it clear he could care less. That being said, I would strongly suggest not buying from Conyers Honda. More
