What a positive experience! Moe was wonderful. He didn’t rush the process, and took time to explain everything and the different options available to me. He is a very personable Moe was wonderful. You are lucky to have him as an employee. All the staff I interacted with, or even passed by, were friendly and all had a positive attitude. The receptionist, Sharon, was welcoming and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. Timothy Abrams in Finance was a pleasure to speak with - he was patient, and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve had past experiences at other dealerships where staff were patronizing and I didn’t feel respected or listened to. What a different experience at Trent! I will recommend Moe and the dealership to others. More

The truck I perched the navigation doesn’t work when I took the test drive he said it just had to update or upload . I drop it off to fix the tailgate and to look at that as well . They say I had to buy a sd card for like 500 bucks .So now I have a truck with no navigation.What a get deal for me. More

From the moment we arrived at the dealership we were warmly greeted by a couple of the team. I was accompanied by my aunt who had recently lost her Buick LaCrosse to an accident. We would like to commend Mo for professional and personal service as he worked with my aunt to close the deal and leave with her new car.
