They will not honor thier warranty and will ignore your calls and emails and hope you will get tired and just pay for the repairs yourself. They are not monitored by the BBB so they do not care. I wish I had read reviews of this place more thoroughly. We found a car we really liked online, submitted all relevant info that we were serious buyers, put down a deposit and traveled there from Indiana. We found a car we really liked online, submitted all relevant info that we were serious buyers, put down a deposit and traveled there from Indiana. We arrived and they said, oh we sold that car this morning. No apology, no notice. Who does business like this? They suck. More

Chicagoland car shoppers, beware: Midway Autohaus is a waking nightmare you must avoid at all costs. My experience with this den of deceit has been nothing short of a horror story. From the owner to th waking nightmare you must avoid at all costs. My experience with this den of deceit has been nothing short of a horror story. From the owner to the finance manager, honesty is as foreign to them as an alien language. They slammed me with a $360 documentation fee only to fumble the paperwork, and then refused to correct their own bungles despite their hollow promises. Moe in financing is a master of treachery, sneakily adding ludicrous fees like a $1,195 "handling and prep" charge for what turned out to be nothing more than a glorified car wash. The most infuriating part? They flat-out refused to cancel a $3,400 extended warranty that Moe conned me into buying. Even after the warranty company and the financing bank directed them to return the funds, Moe defiantly refused. The vehicle warranty administrator specifically told Moe to mail me the refund, but he chose his commission over decency. But wait, it gets worse. They installed non-Mercedes Benz brakes on my car, botched the installation, and incorrectly placed the sensors. This forced me to rush to a genuine Mercedes service team to replace everything properly—a service for which I gladly gave a 5-star review. Customer service at Midway Autohaus is a tragic farce. They lied about fixing my registration errors, stalled for over a week, and played incessant phone tag. Their receptionist blatantly lied about Moe's presence while he was sitting right there. When I confronted Moe, he had the audacity to call the police on me in a pathetic attempt to intimidate me. In the end, I had to bypass their ineptitude and work directly with the finance company to correct the errors they claimed were unfixable. Despite this, I’m still waiting for my $3,400 refund. This dealership is a cesspool of deceit and scams. Hardworking Chicagoans, save yourselves the nightmare: steer clear of Midway Autohaus. Preserve your sanity, wallet, and time by avoiding this pit of dishonesty at all costs. More
