Everyone at Antwerpen Hyundai gave us a professional and courteous experience. I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car, but my salesperson MO was outstanding. He found the perfect car for me. The sales manager Kevin was very accommodating and put together an offer I couldn't refuse. Finally, my finance manager John made the closing process quick and painless. I am very happy I have now gotten another car from Antwerpen Hyundai and I recommend going to see MO for your next purchase. More

I am writing this review after an incredibly frustrating experience with Antwerpen Clarksville Hyundai/Genesis. After deciding to transition from being a loyal Mercedes Benz owner for over two decades, I th experience with Antwerpen Clarksville Hyundai/Genesis. After deciding to transition from being a loyal Mercedes Benz owner for over two decades, I thought I'd give Genesis a try and purchased a 2022 Genesis GV-70. This was, regrettably, a decision I've come to regret deeply. Recently, I paid a substantial amount for a map update on my vehicle. Unfortunately, following the update, none of my connected services worked. One would expect an immediate and thorough response to such a serious issue from a car dealership of this stature, but the reality was starkly different. I spent an agonizing 34 minutes on hold, waiting to speak with a service representative to come back and address the issue, to no avail. This kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially for someone coming from a Mercedes Benz background where the service has always been white-glove and top-notch. The Antwerpen tagline "Jack Says Yes" seems to ring true only when it comes to taking your money. Once you've parted with your hard-earned cash, it appears "Jack Says No" to providing the quality service that the customer has paid for. The difference between the promised service and the actual service was night and day. I was hoping for the same level of excellent service I received as a Mercedes Benz customer at Antwerpen Clarksville, but unfortunately, the service here is the opposite of white glove. My experience has been very disheartening, and I'm left questioning my decision to switch brands. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here would be to proceed with caution. In my experience, the quality of customer service after your purchase may not live up to your expectations or the price you pay. More
