The dealership of Tampa Bay Toyota has excellent sales leaders like Mr Mo (Mohammed AlRahbi). The dealership did try to charge us $20,000 for a market adjustment for new vehicles which was not cool. The online MSRP for a new car may be the same in person but the website does not mention of any dealer adjust market prices such as the $20,000. But we were ultimately satisfied with a used car purchase instead. While we were tough negotiators, Mr. Mo worked hard with his team to get us the monthly installment we came there for.
