I originally wrote a negative review as my first experience was frustrating. Since they had the car I wanted, I went back and asked to work with a different sales person who was WONDERFUL! He answer experience was frustrating. Since they had the car I wanted, I went back and asked to work with a different sales person who was WONDERFUL! He answered all of my questions and was super helpful and I left happy with my Prius C. He was also upfront and honest and patient which I very much appreciated. Ask to work with John Parra. He's the best! More
