From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Zach Monks, my salesman, was incredibly engaging, kind, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, never once being pushy or overly sales-driven. Zach’s approach made the experience feel personal and relaxed, and I truly appreciated how accommodating and helpful he was throughout the entire process. When I arrived at the dealership unannounced and without an appointment, Ethan Kinman went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Despite having a scheduled appointment coming up within the next 20 minutes, he still made time to greet me, get me settled, and ensure that someone would assist me right away. His thoughtfulness and professionalism set a great tone for the rest of my visit. I also want to commend Nihad Sansoul, the sales manager, for his friendly demeanor and support during the negotiation process. He was respectful, transparent, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best fit for my situation. Lastly, the finance associate (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) made the final steps easy and efficient. There was no pressure, and all the information was presented clearly, with ample opportunity to ask questions. In an industry that often feels transactional, Jackie Cooper Nissan stands out for its genuine care, listening, and professionalism.
