Everything about my experience working with Cedric Ross @Momentum BMW service is Stellar. He has gone above and beyond for me. He updates me regularly, makes sure that all my requests are taken care of, an @Momentum BMW service is Stellar. He has gone above and beyond for me. Beyond that, the service department is so clean and has a very comfortable lounge area. Yes, Sirgo was the best! ! We purchased two cars in 2 days because of his professionalism and how honest he was , he knew about both cars and answered all of our questions, if ! Found out my NEW X6 has been damaged and covered up, needed a new transmission after having the vehicle less than 2 years and no one in management nor upper management is available when there’s a serious issue. They blow you off until you get tires and go away! It’s sickening! Will never purchase a BMW again! More
