George seemed primarily focused on making the sale. Communication was responsive while we were in the buying process, but once the purchase was finalized, it became very difficult to get any updates. We had to repeatedly reach out to management just to get information. After purchasing the vehicle, it needed repairs, so the dealership kept it to complete the work. Unfortunately, nothing appeared to move forward. When I contacted the dealership for an update, the manager was unaware the vehicle was even there. That lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with someone other than George. More

Check in fast time was precise. Service advisor was professional and informative of needed services for my vehicle. Shuttle service was provided promptly.
