This is one of the worst Honda dealerships you could go to. They have no integrity, their employees are liars and do not care about how they inconvenience their customers. I waited a whole month for a car to. They have no integrity, their employees are liars and do not care about how they inconvenience their customers. I waited a whole month for a car put down a deposit because I was told that was the only way to lock my deal in. After a month I athen was contacted by the sales person to pick up the car, was given a vin # insured the car with the vin provided in the same day after being told by the sales person if I didn’t pick up the car today I would not get the car. After all of that I arrive to the dealership to be told oh the car isn’t mine and that he was not authorized to sell the car and it belonged to someone else. I stayed in the dealership until closing just to wait and see if anyone was going to be buying the car today since it had to be picked up or subject to be sold and nobody got the car. Nobody apologized, nobody tried to fix their mistake and I have already paid 6 months worth of insurance and they still did not give me the car. This is one of the biggest inconvenience I have ever faced and everyone was so nonchalant about their lack of professionalism, predatory lending and lack of integrity. The same car that wasn’t mine I was told that now it’s a new month even tho I already locked in my price I was going to have to put more money down and I did not agree because they said one thing and last minute wanted to do another. I truly believe they lied and said it wasn’t my car because they couldn’t get any more money from me. I would not spend your money with these people at all More
