I purchased a RAV4 on Dec 6, 2024 and within 62 days the engine light came on and I had to get a catalytic converter for $1475, all before I could make my first car payment. How could the dealership not kno engine light came on and I had to get a catalytic converter for $1475, all before I could make my first car payment. How could the dealership not know this before the car was for sale. I had been assured by the Salesperson that all major parts were newly replaced! VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED!! More

Worked with Salesperson & Managers for two days to find an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase a an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase and extra approx $2,300 in Koons provided extras & Hidden scam markups. Neither of which is needed for a brand new Toyota. Do not buy from them. I do not recommend koons at all or will ever do business with. More
