The sales people are somewhat ok but the managers are really bad. They are only after your money, they just want to tear your pocket open. I was not satisfied with the service that I received. I was ripped off with the purchase that I made. I was sold a used car at the price of a new car. The car had 5500 miles. After doing a carfax check it was ripped off with the purchase that I made. I was sold a used car at the price of a new car. The car had 5500 miles. After doing a carfax check it was learned that the dealership had the car since October 2019, which means that from Oct 2019 to March 2020 5500 miles were put on the car. When I returned to the dealership to address this I was not offered any resolution. I would not recommend this dealership unless you enjoy paying more than what the car is valued. I was told by the Manager, Mohammed, that they are allowed to raise the price of a car, which they did. The Manager also justified raising the price of the car due to COVID and the dealership being closed for months. Its been two months since I purchased my car and was supposed to get a full tank of gas, which I am still waiting on. I am not satisfied with this dealership and would not go back. More
