communication between sales and other staff. It took us 3 hours to buy the car and another day of 4 hours to pick up the car. When we picked up, they

So we had to come back a third day. The pickup waiting area had machines that weren't working: TV, coffee machine (no milk even though we told the staff). So just a bad experience overall.

This response is exactly what I experienced. They want me to contact them but provide no contact information. So if I were to contact, I have to find a phone or email and then explain the whole situation from the start to the random person that answers the phone . Whoever wrote the response above should have given a contact info to save the customer the extra work.
