This past week my husband and I purchased our 2014 Rav4 Limited from Mohammed. This is our family's 7th car purchased from Mohammed personally. Yes we do love him! Actually 3 generations of our family has been buying cars from Sloane since the 1990s. They are by far the top Toyota dealership in the area! Very consumer friendly with competitive pricing. But for us Mohammed is the best! He's fair, honest and someone you can trust when buying a car. And he is very respectful of you as the customer. He goes above and beyond long after you sign on the dotted line. We recommend him to everyone we know when looking for a car new or used. Recently the dealership moved. This was our first time there since they opened. WOW!!! The new location is fabulous! The entire staff there can not do enough for you. Love the new "drive in" service department. I have etiher purchased or leased all of my cars at Sloane Toyota since we moved to the area over three years ago. I first bought a Corolla and a Rav4, then I changed the Corolla for a Plug in Prius an Sloane Toyota since we moved to the area over three years ago. I first bought a Corolla and a Rav4, then I changed the Corolla for a Plug in Prius and just recently I changed the Rav4 for a Highlander. Every single time I've worked with Mo Sid, he is friendly, he is competent and he always wants to reach a deal that works for you and Sloane. The last time I was there I was ready to walk away without the Highlander, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and everything that was offered was not close to what I was expecting. As I was ready to leave Mo said, listen tell me what you want, it can even be something crazy, something that you don't think we will ever agree to and I promise you that I will at least try to get you that deal. I said something that not only I felt it was crazy but that I was completely sure it would be turned down. Mo stood up, discussed it with the sales manager and came back with a smile and said you are going to be happy my friend. The deal was done. I am now driving a Highlander. Sloane have not only been great with my purchases but also in providing services for my cars. They call to remind you when service is upcoming, they always try to give you an appointment for your preferred day and time, and they always treat you nice. Overall I would not hesitate in recommending Sloane Toyota of Malvern. More

Mohammed is the choice of new car agent for my circle of friends. Between us, at least 6 cars have been bought through him. He's very personable and he cares about his customers. On entering the building I saw Mohammed and explained why I was there and before I knew it my fob was fixed.
