Lack of customers service by sales department I just spent about 20 minutes in the showroom. There were a number of men standing around in red Sloane shirts. They were not speaking with customers I just spent about 20 minutes in the showroom. There were a number of men standing around in red Sloane shirts. They were not speaking with customers. Not one approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I was walking back and forth between 2 cars and cleary had an interest. I asked a person for a brochure. He said they don’t make them anymore and everything is online; he then abruptly walked away. The least he could have done was ask if I had any questions he could answer. I leave and as I’m getting in my car a salesman calls out to me across the parking lot asking if I wanted assistance. I believe it was Mohammed Sid’Ahmed. The irony is that he was actually busy with a customer, unlike his co-workers who ignored me. Thank-you Mohammed for your attempt to address my displeasure, but by that time I was way too angry to think about cars. Why was I ignored??? Good it have been because I’m a woman shopping alone?? Extremely disappointed. More
