In addition I would like to thank Mohammed who stepped in to help me when I arrived early for an appointment with Abe who was still with another client. My only criticism of the process is that all the extended warranties are introduced at the time of signing. I am guessing that is calculated, hoping that the buyer is excited to buy and vulnerable . I don’t buy that way. I prefer to have time to learn about my options, and resent having something like that pushed on me at the last minute. Fortunately, Jimmy was kind enough to allow me to peruse my options until I bring the car back in to have cross bars attached. So thank you for that More

A bunch of happy campers I entered the dealership knowing I wanted to buy a Toyoya, but was not sure the exact one and thought I would check it out. I contacted William Surle I entered the dealership knowing I wanted to buy a Toyoya, but was not sure the exact one and thought I would check it out. I contacted William Surley, who was recommended by a friend who brought a Toyota from him. He knew his vehicles and provided input on the positives and negatives of each vehicle according to my needs. He was friendly and easy to deal with. We made a deal and I brought a beautiful new car. You can usually tell the quality of a business by the attitudes and demeanor of its employees. Every employee I contacted was friendly and happy. I mean from the valets to the service employees. The cashier, the parts department, the salesmen. The employees seemed to enjoy their jobs. This made for a very pleasant experience. The dealership was also clean and peaceful (quiet). I will not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Kudos to the management for fostering a work environment of "happy campers". More
