Our daughter was in the market for her first new car and friends recommended Sloane Toyota of Malvern, specifically the salesman Mohamed ('Mo'), and we absolutely could not be happier with the whole experience! Throughout the entire process, 'Mo' was friendly, knowledgeable, and keenly aware of our daughter's budget. There was never any attempt to up-sell anything. She got a great price on her new Corolla, a fair trade-in on her used car and is beyond thrilled with the outcome. She drove home last night with the biggest smile, repeating "I love my new car". We love that she is in a very dependable car that she can afford. So, kudos to 'Mo' for making everything so easy. He really goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. Also, a big shout out to 'Mo's' apprentice who took us on two test drives and carefully and very patiently explained all of the car's features. Finally, our thanks to Kevin, in finance, who took the time to walk through all the paperwork with our daughter and get her a great rate on financing. All-in-all, one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had (unlike our daughter, we've purchased many cars and it can be a nightmare). Sloane and 'Mo' were perfect...no high pressure sales tactics, honesty, integrity and very satisfied customers! We will be highly recommending to our other 'kids', family members and friends. He had someone drive 2 hours in rush hour traffic to pick up the car and bring it back to Malvern. The entire process was so smooth and pressure-free.
