I think everybody knows the reputation dealerships have. I went to four different brands and a total of seven dealerships and decided to go with this one despite being far from me. I would give him a 4/5. There are a few things that he could have done differently to make me rate him 5/5. The biggest issue was with finance department. To begin with they never answer the phone. This person, Fernando, was rude and even raised his voice at me. Very unprofessional. Initially they offered me to sign two contracts one as a back up. Being late in the day, i felt rushed and that they just wanted to leave. I was rushed to sign documents. In the end, they offer only one contract. They gave me the wrong website to get the pin for the Z plan.The next day I sent them the pin to have the final contract and after four days and at least 12 attempts to reach out, I had to go in person on a sunday to have this issue solved. When I went there, they were not eager to fix the contract that was initially agreed and kept saying “well you signed this”. After all they honored some of the offering but the initial payment changed, kind of a red flag. On top of that every question that I had the answer was “you’ll get that by email”. I never got anything on the email because this person made up a completely inexistent email unrelated to me. This is the second car that we buy from them with a Z plan.
