This dealership is way better than any dealership I had gone to in Washington state. Every time to come to the dealership there was always someone to greet me and showing where I need to go or trying to se gone to in Washington state. Do not buy from these folks. They will rip you off. I bought a used Lexus. Test drive went well. Didn’t check the radio. On the way home to Eugene I tried to play the radio They will rip you off. I bought a used Lexus. Test drive went well. Didn’t check the radio. On the way home to Eugene I tried to play the radio and it didn’t work. I wasn’t worried because certainly a dealership wouldn’t sell me a defective car. The next day I read the manual, tried all kinds of things. Nothing. I called Gladstone and was told the service dept. didn’t tell the sales department that the. Aim amp in the car was blown. Then I was told the only place that could fix the car was Portland Lexus because Portland Lexus had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Well, it gets worse. Speaking to my Lexus dealship I find out that there are no amps anywhere in the US and the part is on back order. Plus the amp works all sound in the car - radio, navigation, phone, etc. But wait, it gets even worse. Gladstone said they would buy a second key to the car, mail it to me, and I could have my dealership program it. When the key didn’t arrive in 3 weeks I called to inquire. Left 4 messages as no one would talk to me. Received a text message stating the manager said Gladstone couldn’t buy me a key so I need to buy it myself and send Gladstone a bill. Do ya think Gladstone will reimburse me? Hmmmm… Don’t buy from these guys. They are undoubtedly the worst dealership I have every bought a car from and I have bought a lot of cars. More
