Knows how to make an angry customer happy! Initially when my family and I walked into the dealership, we had no intent of purchasing a new vehicle. We were having trouble with a previous used v Initially when my family and I walked into the dealership, we had no intent of purchasing a new vehicle. We were having trouble with a previous used vehicle we purchased from Ed Napleton Honda and we were brought over from the service department to sales. We were not very happy with the conditions being placed on our old car and we didn't have a lot of cash to spend on repairs, let alone another vehicle. That's when Monica stepped in and offered her help to us. She helped us find something that would be close to the same payment as the old car and a newer model. In fact, the car she sold us was a brand new 2018 honda civic lx! She was extremely kind and helpful and lead us in the right direction with her suggestions. She allowed me to take the car out on a test drive and it was perfect! I almost love it at as much as my old car, a 2009 honda accord coupe ex-l with a v6 engine. In terms of speed, they are almost exactly alike. I really wish I would have met her when purchasing my first vehicle from Honda. She would have been a huge help. Monica knew my family and I were upset about our situation in the service department, but this did not deter her from providing us great customer service and being a wonderful sales representative with a positive attitude and a remarkable knowledge about vehicles. She knows her stuff! She turned a bunch of angry customers into very satisfied ones with huge smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for being there for us and being an awesome salesperson, Monica! Honda is lucky to have such a wonderful addition to their team! More
