Not only is the car great, the service is just as great. I bought my fourth Lexus recently and would not consider buying any other car, nor would I consider buying it from any other dealer than Hoffman Lexus I bought my fourth Lexus recently and would not consider buying any other car, nor would I consider buying it from any other dealer than Hoffman Lexus. Given that I'm a woman who is not very car knowledgeable, I count of my dealer to provide excellent services and over the years I have NEVER been disappointed! More

Excellent Service Center!!! I really like taking my automobile to this Hoffman Service. The representatives are extremely pleasant, I usually go through Monica and this time I w I really like taking my automobile to this Hoffman Service. The representatives are extremely pleasant, I usually go through Monica and this time I went thru Lindsay since Monica was not in. Lindsay, is equally efficient and understanding. I have been to other dealerships where they pressure you into doing services that are not needed, but at Hoffman, I trust their recommendation and they also understand customer's limitation and prioritize what needs to be done absolutely and what needs to be done in the near future or postponed to six months etc. The lounge is good to stay and get the service done during Saturday appointments, on working days they representative drops me off at work and picks me up in the evening - very convenient. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Service Department!!! Great work and great team. More

dishonest service My experience was a big disappointment. They took my elderly moms money but then did not fix the problem. Service employee wanted to charge me more to My experience was a big disappointment. They took my elderly moms money but then did not fix the problem. Service employee wanted to charge me more to fix the original problem. Conveniently mixed up billing... was first over $300.00 and after questioning this they "mysteriously" charged the originally quoted price($160.00). Basically changed a perfectly good gas cap and small vacuum hose for $160.00. neither fixed the problem. I brought my moms car here for "expert service" and they couldn't even diagnose it correctly. They want to sell you an overpriced piece of junk and then play bait and switch for any service....DO NOT GO HERE! More
