Excellent customer service Hoffman Lexus provided with Lexus Loaner service. I had a great experience to use Lexus ES 350 2016 model for 3 days while my car had been fixed. Hoffman aims to please I have been a customer at Hoffman Lexus for nearly 20 years. Lexus was our car of choice for my husband and I. In addition, my son and daughter-in-l I have been a customer at Hoffman Lexus for nearly 20 years. Lexus was our car of choice for my husband and I. In addition, my son and daughter-in-law both drive Lexus autos. I have only used Hoffman for my service and my expectations for excellent service have not been disappointed. When necessary I have been provided with a loaner vehicle when my car has been tied up. All of the Service Advisors have been professional and efficient. My car drives as beautifully as a new vehicle and fully meets my needs. More

Great Experience I had my best dealership experience yesterday. I brought my recently purchased 2013 RX 350 in for a tire rotation. The wheel lock had stripped so the I had my best dealership experience yesterday. I brought my recently purchased 2013 RX 350 in for a tire rotation. The wheel lock had stripped so there were some challenges in getting the wheel locks off. My service advisor, Monica, keep me fully informed and got a loaner car for me when she realized that the job was going to take longer than anticipated. I felt very valued as a customer and that my satisfaction was very important to the staff at Lexus. I also loved the waiting lounge and enjoyed my complimentary breakfast sandwich. When I picked up my car, it was freshly washed and vacuumed and actually looked better than when I took it off the lot of another (non-Lexus) dealership six months earlier. More
