Everyone that we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Matt Baxter our salesperson was great. My wife and I were very unhappy with how long it took to complete the deal. My experience at this dealership was amazing! Brandon was the sales person I worked with and he made this experience great; I am young and new to shopping for cars, I was nervous I'd get a sales Brandon was the sales person I worked with and he made this experience great; I am young and new to shopping for cars, I was nervous I'd get a sales person who would get annoyed with me or try and sell me additional, unnecessary products because I was young and ignorant on the whole car-buying process. Brandon was the opposite, he took the time to explain every aspect of the sale with me, he explained nearly everything I asked with patience and kindness, and overall was just a great, friendly guy to work with. The only downside to my experience was it took a long time to get through the sale. It seemed like none of the paperwork was ready once we got there and waiting to meet with the financial team took at least 30 minutes of waiting. Additionally, I was charged for a road emergency kit (including jumper cables, etc.) that I was looking forward to receiving and having for emergencies, but that was missing from my vehicle. Jedadiah assured me he'd reach out when they found that kit, so I am sure I will receive it soon, but I would've never known if I hadn't checked the itemized list on the cost for the car. This did not take away from my experience, however, we were still very well taken care of, and I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. Toyota made buying my first car very special :) More
