They literally did the work for us. We told them we wanted 3rd row, not too high off the ground, safe, dependable, and not a v8. Price given during test drive was incorrect and even when i tried to confirm he assured me is was correct, but then when ready to make a deal the price jumped up and I was pretty much just told sorry,, when i tried to confirm he assured me is was correct, but then when ready to make a deal the price jumped up and I was pretty much just told sorry,,, we did end up making a deal but the sales Manager seemed very aggravated at me when i wouldn't accept the higher price. I assume because it was closing time. Then there were a few other promises made that were not full filled. Typical dealership stuff I guess.....just say what it takes to make the sale. More
