She knows the ins and outs of her job well, and it's very easy to communicate with her by text or calling if I have any questions about anything at all! Also kept me up to speed as the work was in progress. Morgan also assisted while Rachel was out for a few days, no one missed a beat. This is what I'd expect from a good car dealer.
