You guys were awesome! After having to change the first appointment we made, you gave me no flack and when I arrived for my subsequent 8am service check I was greeted with After having to change the first appointment we made, you gave me no flack and when I arrived for my subsequent 8am service check I was greeted with a treat for my dog (which she even sat for). We took a walk to look at plants across the street. An hour later the car was ready and my day had just begun. Then I spoke to a sales consultant ad hoc about the new Sol Terra electric cars. The service team at Brattleboro Subaru always repairs my vehicle correctly the first time. They also check my car to make sure it’s safe and review the results with me. And they manage to make unexpected repairs and still return my car to me on time. Morgan is always polite, professional and accommodating. She again squeezed my unplanned service request into my appointment, which I really appreciated. She communicates very well and is very friendly and pleasant. I had 'summer' tires put on my rims to replace studded tires. And an alignment.. Because the alignment would be awhile, I had a courtesy car and did some shopping and had a little 'Me' time.
