I have been working with Subaru and have owned them myself, I come from a small town in Vermont and love when everyone brings in their animals to visit. I have dogs and cats myself and truly enjoy the environment and personality everyone brings with them to Subaru when they come in.

The service rep was very pleasant. The problem was with the estimate for repairs. All items were listed as if that was the only thing being done to say each wheel and “billed” as such. We purchased our 201 the estimate for repairs. All items were listed as if that was the only thing being done to say each wheel and “billed” as such. We purchased our 2013 Forester from this dealership new and have always had all scheduled maintenance and repairs done there. There has been an attitude change over the last couple of years with question of honesty in need and cost of work to be done. My wife and I were told multiple times to not do the repairs and buy a new car. Put the repair expense toward a new car. Our car just turned 100,000 miles. We I mentioned they had few new cars she said oh, you can order one. Exchange their. Quote of over $4000 for a $30,000+ car. We had most of the repairs they said needed to be done by a highly respected repair facility for $1300. We have lost trust in Brattleboro Subaru and feel betrayed after so many years of being loyal to them. Bob Trier More
