I can't even explain how pleased I was with the service by everyone I came into contact with at Mohawk Chevrolet. Justin Dawes went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I made a long distance pur by everyone I came into contact with at Mohawk Chevrolet. Justin Dawes went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. I made a long distance purchase on a used car found on internet and the team here was exceptional from the onset of discussions and inquiries about the car, to the detailing prior to taking delivery and the ride from my hotel in Albany to pick the car up. As a recent GM retiree, this was Outstanding service and wish it could be duplicated across the country. I am so very pleased with the additions the team made to the car to ensure it was safe and exactly what I was looking for. Had a great ride back to Michigan in my new XTS Platinum V Sport. Of course it’s a beautiful business and has a good reputation which is y we came. Will and the team were fantastic. I ordered a 2024 Silverado 2500hd and they delivered. Will kept me up to date every step of the way and tracked my vehicle for me so i knew how my or I ordered a 2024 Silverado 2500hd and they delivered. Will kept me up to date every step of the way and tracked my vehicle for me so i knew how my order was progressing. The day i picked it up he walked me over to parts and service so i could have my side steps and under seat storage box installed while i was finishing up on paperwork.
