We worked mostly with Morgen and Josh when purchasing a Bolt EUV back in January of this year. When we ran into an issue with the paperwork for the federal EV rebate program, Morgen even offered to drive up to the border to meet us with the revised forms for signatures to minimize our travel distance (we were coming from Point Roberts). He definitely went above and beyond in an effort to make the sales process as easy for us as possible. Josh was also wonderful in helping us navigate through the sales paperwork and finance/insurance options. We like to take our time reviewing forms before signing, and Josh was very patient with us throughout the entire process. The only setback with this purchase experience was the problem encountered when claiming the EV federal rebate at point of sale. It was the dealership's first time going through this process as well, so there was some learning and flushing out of the transactional details on their end. Although this resulted in a delay of vehicle delivery, the team at the Bellingham Chevrolet dealership worked efficiently to get it resolved. Overall was a good experience and would consider going back when we're in the market for another car. More
