My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing an F150 today. The entire team of people we worked with were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable which made for a seamless day. Mori was our salesman and greeted us right away and brought us to see the cars we were deciding between. He did a great job taking us through the process and answered any and all questions we had. Eddie, the manager went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and needed at a great price. And when we got to him, Gary lead us through the financing side, getting us an awesome rate and all the paperwork dealt with. Big thanks to everyone as Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper for making the process so simple and easy! More

He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how supportive and encouraging he was. Mori genuinely wanted me to make the decision that was best for me, and he gave me the time and space I needed to feel confident in that choice. That made all the difference and turned what can often be a stressful process into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Mori to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Mori is not one of these high pressure, talk to much salesman. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I think they could be a little bit more helpful.
