Most of all Sales rep Amanda Carr was spectacular. She was patient, knowledgeable, and worked with me to find a car that would fit my need, even after the car I wanted turned out to not be available. She worked with me a second day to complete and ensure a good fit and even better experience. Overall I had a pretty good experience. The title was not on site and delayed the closing. Also I was presented the Carfax report after the fact. I paid for one on my own. It would be better to presen not on site and delayed the closing. Also I was presented the Carfax report after the fact. I paid for one on my own.
