I bought a used car here at the end of December. I bought the car because it was reasonably priced and the listing said, had heated seats, mirrors and a JBL speaker package. I found it on Cars.com I bought the car because it was reasonably priced and the listing said, had heated seats, mirrors and a JBL speaker package. I found it on Cars.com and Car Guru. The salesman showed me where the heated seats button was and turned on the radio (which showed no signs of being JBL). Once I got it home, I couldn't get the the seats to work. I went on YouTube to see how the seats were supposed to work. It said there should be a button on the sides of the console. There weren't any. I have been trying for two months to get them to make this right. They say that I am responsible for the listing items being there, not them. I am pursuing legal help and the State house to make this right. More

They stand in front of you and almost obligated you to do a review before the whole process finishes, so my 5 stars was a totally fake review and by accident I found way to fix my review. They drop my car price on trade because was a commercial car and I bought a 2020 RAM full price marked from they and when I assigned the title discovered is a rental RAM from hertz. I discovered only in the end of all process, to late to give up. But this is not the only issue there. They asked me 5 days to transfer the truck and after the scheduled day they didn’t called me so I called next day and they asked me one more day, next day I called them to make sure everything is fine and if I can come and they said okay, so I drove 40 miles to discovered they didn’t make anything else in all this 6 days and the guy who take cares the transfers did mistakes and make me assign the wrong spot on my title, so I need assign again and after that discovered they can’t give me my car, so I need take one more day to have my truck and drive 80 miles for no reason. Totally fake those reviews. Totally pushing before to finish the whole process and deal. More
