Let me start with I have been in customer service for well over 20 years and I hate, absolutely hate that I’m writing this because I stand by my first experience. But the lack of communication after contacting the sales person, regarding my vehicle, being dropped off to me with a small dent is actually disappointing. I sent him a text and he asked me to send him a picture. I sent him the picture Feb 8th and never heard back. I sent a few more follow up texts that showed up as they were read but ignored so I contacted the manager who informed me that the sales person was on vacation and would contact me when he comes back and still no response. I would just like the next customer to be aware that everything and everyone are not what they seem at this dealership. A small dent that I will have to pay out-of-pocket to repair. A small dent that they easily could’ve taken care of, but chose to ignore me instead and it’s probably because I actually paid cash for the car. Not even mad, just highly disappointed and feel disregarded as a customer. I will leave this up and hopefully they do the right thing, but if not, I’ll go back and edit this review as well as the others because as a Manager at a hardware store, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the damage that one bad survey/review can cause.
