Found our new Infiniti dealership After two new car purchases and 7 years of routine service on both cars at Infiniti of Palm Springs, I refuse to go back. I started to look outside of my local area for a new dealership as my wife’s 2017 QX60 lease was up. I found Infiniti of Ontario and gave them a call. I spoke with Miki and explained my situation, needs, and what I was looking for. He called me back shortly with all options and we made a deal. I scheduled an appointment to come to Infiniti of Ontario the next weekend to make a final decision and ended up leaving with a new 2020 QX60. At the dealership we were greeted warmly by reception who notified Miki that we arrived and was introduced to Mouris whom assisted my wife and I with the completion of the deal. Mouris was a true pleasure to work with. He was patient, warm, and welcoming. He took the time explained everything thoroughly and most importantly with a smile. Luis the finance manager was very helpful and kind as well, taking time to explain everything in detail ensuring my wife and I understood all terms of the agreement. I have found my new dealership and Infiniti of Ontario has gained a new customer moving forward. More
