This past weekend my husband and I decided that we were tired o I am not one to write a review on my experience but I felt this one was well deserved. This past weekend my husband and I decided that we were tired of our past purchases and needed to get into a luxury vehicle. Not knowing much about the car is but just that we like the style of them we ended up at Infiniti of Montclair. As we walked on the lot Mouris approached us and introduce himself and then stepped off to a side allowing us to browse a lot. He wasn't pushy he didn't have her he allowed us to do our thing which was nice compared to other car lots where the salesmen are pushy and hover over you making you feel pressured. I was able to find a vehicle that I liked at that point Mouris offered a test drive. I was in love with the car. This was not going to be an easy sell as we had many obstacles to overcome to get into this vehicle but Mouris made it happen. He had to work hard, he jumped through hoops and pulled many strings but he made it happen for us, I was impressed. I was unaware of the many added benefits that come with the ownership of an Infinity such as free SOS service free Sirius XM and free car washes and very low cost One Stop maintenance. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish and the entire staff was helpful, polite, professional and amazing. Infinity has a customer for life. They treated us like royalty. If you're looking to buy a new or like-new certified pre-owned vehicle I highly highly highly recommend you visiting Infiniti of Montclair they will take great care of you, Manuel Fuentes was our finance guy and he too was amazing! I was more than impressed with the entire experience and I could not be happier with it or my Infinity. More
