Beyond impressed I had such a great buying experience at Venice Toyota. After months of looking for a Highlander and having a horrible experience at a huge dealership I had such a great buying experience at Venice Toyota. After months of looking for a Highlander and having a horrible experience at a huge dealership off 64 (they were condescending, they wasted hours of my time, the list goes on) I was dreading continuing the search. My parents had purchased an Avalon 10 years ago from Venice Toyota so I decided to try there. I was greeted by the sales associate, Murray. There was no pressure, he didn't waste my time, he was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. In fact everyone that I came in contact with at Venice Toyota was genuinely friendly. I liked two vehicles but really liked a new model better and the manager Ray did whatever he could to allow me to get the newer model. There was absolutely no haggling. It was simply in my hands, I was honest and upfront and Ray saw the bigger picture and did everything in his power to allow me to get my dream car. I returned the next day to sign the papers. Murray took the extra time to show me features on the car, helped me install my daughter's car seat, changed the plate for me and even filled the tank with gas! Kyle helped us with the financing- he had all the paperwork ready to go and was even detailed enough to have highlighted the places I sign in pink and my husband's in blue. It truly could not have been easier. He answered our questions and had a good sense of humor. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership- especially since I was treated the complete opposite at another dealership. So I highly recommend Venice Toyota - Murray, Ray and Kyle were fantastic. More
