But Levi (finance guy) and the manager got it right by finding the same APR with a bank! Very happy!! More

After 10 dat paper plate expired, and had not received a temp metal plate, I started calling. They do not return calls, and only after about 15 attempts did someone contact me. Said was making a new paper plate and going to overnight it to me via FedEx. That was Tuesday. It’s now Thursday, and tracking shows it never picked up from dealer. Sales guy wasn’t too bad, would have given him 5 stars if not for the worthless management. Will also be filing complaint with Oklahoma Vehicle Commission. More

A truly beautiful dealership, amazing inventory, great people working there... There was only one problem. I decided on a car within literally 15 minutes. But after waiting for almost three hours on a Fri people working there... There was only one problem. I decided on a car within literally 15 minutes. But after waiting for almost three hours on a Friday to get into the finance office to actually buy the car, I could not wait any longer. I had to come back in on Monday morning to finish. It took another two and a half hours to by the car. Five and a half total hours trying to buy a car is unacceptable. My sales guy was stellar and I'd buy from him anytime. But the dealership needs to figure out a solution to what is holding up the buying process. It might likely keep me from buying again. More
