My great car purchase experience! I was looking for an almost new pre-owned SUV. I've visited multiple dealerships for a few weeks, and from all the visits and cars I've got to see and I was looking for an almost new pre-owned SUV. I've visited multiple dealerships for a few weeks, and from all the visits and cars I've got to see and test, the Muller's Woodfield Acura cars inventory and excellent customer reps and managers made me decide to buy from them. You always have multiple options when looking to buy a new car, multiple dealers in yout area and similar cars in the category. For me, what makes me decide where to buy my next car from, is totally dependent on my time at and the experience at the dealership. This year, my first visit at Muller's Woodfield Acura exceeded my expectations. The quality and friendliness of this dealership employees surpasses any other dealers by far. If in need for a new or pre-owned car, you must go and see this dealership first. Ask for Rene Payton (financial services manager) he's the great guy who help me with my new car purchase. And is not just Rene, all the guys there are super friendly and they know their cars. While you're there ask to meet Kevin Kane (sales manager) he's one of the best managers I've seen in years. Kevin has the patience and expertise to answer any/all of your questions. Buying a new car is an "experience" and the day you purchase your new car that experience should be a great one, this is how I left this dealership at the end of the day, driving back home on my new car smiling, not tired, an feeling great about the time spent with the guys there. My next car, when time comes, will most likely be at the same Acura dealer, as I don't think others can do better in terms of service, pricing and employees. Absolutely Amazing Experience! After logging over 205,000 miles on my 2005 RL, the time had come to purchase another vehicle and my target model was a 2012 RL - the last year of tha After logging over 205,000 miles on my 2005 RL, the time had come to purchase another vehicle and my target model was a 2012 RL - the last year of that RL model. I live out of state on the east coast and in surfing the net to locate a car with my model and year requirements, I located a 2012 Acura at Muller's Woodfield that appeared to be too good to be true - remarkably low mileage, one owner, and in apparent "pristine" condition. I must admit that I contacted the dealership with some trepidation. I immediately connected with Tony Bochenek who was simply amazing. Tony guided, advised and supported me throughout this out-of-state, sight-unseen purchase and delivery process. When the car arrived, it was everything and more than expected - far exceeding the provided description and vehicle information.
